All content, design, code and intellectual property belongs to Pelaez Global Tech and may not be used without its express permission.

Payments: Payments must be made in the currency and payment method agreed upon with Pelaez Global Tech. Clients must pay for services on time and accept the agreed payment terms.

4 Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations: Changes and cancellations in contracted services must be agreed and approved by Pelaez Global Tech and may be subject to additional charges.

5 Confidentiality

Confidentiality: Pelaez Global Tech maintains the confidentiality of all information provided by clients and does not disclose it to third parties without their express consent.

6 Responsibility:

Liability: Pelaez Global Tech is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use or non-use of its services. The client is responsible for ensuring that the information provided to Pelaez Global Tech is accurate and appropriate.

7 Modifications

Modifications to terms and conditions: Pelaez Global Tech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8 jurisdiction

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms of service are governed by the laws of the country in which Pelaez Global Tech is headquartered. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that country.
